The Geocortex Support
Center has a membership approval process.
After you request access, it can take 1-2 business days for us to approve the account.
For existing customers, this process is usually the same day.
If you have any questions or need to expedite the approval process, please contact your Account Manager or
officeadmin@latitudegeo.com.
Your temporary password will arrive via a separate email after your account is approved.
To change your password:
- Log in
- Click on the arrow next to your name in the top right hand
corner of the window
- Select Change password
- Input your old password
- Create a new password (Your password MUST FOLLOW these
rules: a total of 6 characters, 5 can be numbers or letters but
1 character has to be a symbol. Example: Joe20%)
